About Demoxis
Intro
Demoxis is a civic technology platform designed to improve how citizens and public representatives communicate.
It provides a structured system where verified constituents can raise issues, and councillors and Members of Parliament can respond through a clear and trackable process.
The goal is to bring greater clarity, visibility, and accountability to everyday civic engagement.
The Problem
Communication between citizens and public representatives is often fragmented.
Issues are raised across emails, social media, and informal channels, making it difficult to organise, prioritise, and respond effectively. As a result:
- important concerns can be missed or delayed
- representatives face increasing communication volume
- citizens often lack visibility into what happens after they raise an issue
This creates friction on both sides and reduces the effectiveness of civic participation.

Instead of fragmented communication, it provides a single platform where:

The MVP is now complete and includes core functionality for citizens, councillors, and Members of Parliament.
The next phase focuses on real-world validation, beginning with pilot discussions with councillors in Buckinghamshire.
